Location: Camp Odakoda (at Tapawingo in Falls CIty, OR)

Compensation: Counselors are paid $400 for the week.

We are always happy to talk to anyone who is interested in supporting our program as a counselor or volunteer.

We provide training and support for all who work with our campers. Experience in working with children on the autism spectrum is preferred but not necessary. We have a limited number of positions available. Counselors are required to arrive to camp 1 day prior to the campers for setup, training, team building, and preparation.

We have about 40 counselors for 85 campers. Counselors follow the same schedule as the campers and participate in the activities. In the afternoon we offer a 2 hour break for counselors. There is no internet at camp the phone signals are very weak.

Day Volunteers:

We also need day volunteers who come from 8:30-4:00 on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of camp. The applicaiton link is the same but be sure to choose Day Volunteer instead of counselor.
